One of my favourite experiences in Japan is catching the bullet train. Although other countries like China and Europe offer a similar fast train service, the biggest difference is the customer experience, and the food. When catching the Shinkansen (Bullet Train), selecting the bento set for your ride is a 'Must-Do' experience.
